Yes, you can report a product return within 10 working days after delivery.
Conditions:
- Product in original packaging
- Unused and in good condition
Specific rules:
- Clothing and shoes: only unworn and with all labels still attached
- Exceptions: custom-made or specially ordered items outside the standard range cannot be returned
After consultation, we will accept the goods back and process the return.
