In what ways can I order products from Grubau?

You can place an order at Grubau in the following ways:

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, you can purchase products as a one-time user. This both as a company and as an individual.

Of course you can also register as a new customer with additional benefits at Grubau. Click here to register. After registration you will receive a login within 1 business day, after which you can place an order. Your personal access data will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

How are prices determined?

Prices are determined on the basis of volume (tiered prices - only for logged in customers). After all, it is more favorable for us as a company to make larger shipments rather than smaller shipments.

Loyal customers are also rewarded with lower prices over time. Loyalty is determined by purchase values, how "wide" is purchased within our range and how frequently is purchased.

Can I return my order?

You can return a product after purchase if you inform us of this within 10 working days after delivery. Returned goods will be taken back after approval by us, provided that they are received back by Grubau in their original packaging, unused and in good condition. For clothing and shoes it counts that they must not have been worn and that all labels are still attached to the article.
The following products are excluded from exchange or return: items that are not part of the regular Grubau range and that have been ordered on request.
