Lithofin Lösefix

Description

This ready-to-use cleaner from the Lithofin range consists of a highly effective combination of active solvents enhanced with cleaning agents.

Properties

Lithofin LÖSEFIX dissolves organic dirt such as wax, oil, grease, tar, fresh paint, wood stains, seal coats, and hardened residues of care products, making them washable with water.

Field of Application

For removing greasy, oily, and similar dirt from solvent-resistant surfaces such as artificial and natural stone, ceramics, terracotta, and concrete. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Also suitable for removing silicone joint residues.

Directions for Use

Apply Lithofin LÖSEFIX undiluted to the dry surface, let it act for 5 to 20 minutes, and scrub occasionally. Once the dirt is dissolved, add some water, scrub, and remove. For large areas, use a rubber squeegee or a wet vacuum cleaner. Always rinse thoroughly with clean water. For stubborn dirt, repeat the procedure on the dried surface.

Note

The surface should not be warmer than 25 °C. Switch off underfloor heating. Do not use on solvent-sensitive materials such as rubber, paint, fresh varnish, linoleum, bitumen, or certain composites. Rinse off any splashes immediately. Always test on a small inconspicuous area first.

Remark

For deep oil stains in artificial or natural stone, we recommend Lithofin OIL-EX.

Approx. 7 to 15 m²/L depending on the type and degree of soiling.
