AKEMI® EVERCLEAR 300 is a creamy, filler-containing 2-component adhesive based on PUR, free of solvents. The product is characterized by the following properties:

  • Very easy to process due to its soft and stable consistency
  • Fast surface drying
  • Easy to dose with the cartridge packaging and the included mixing nozzle
  • Available in different colors for seamless bonding of ceramics, natural stone, and composite
  • UV-stable (also outdoors)
  • Almost non-shrinking during curing, resulting in minimal tension in the adhesive layer

  1. The substrate must be clean, dust-free, completely dry, and roughened.
  2. Remove the cap, insert the cartridge into the gun, continue pressing until the material comes out of both openings, then attach the mixing nozzle and do not use the first 5 cm from the mixing head.
  3. When used without the mixing nozzle, thoroughly mix both components.
  4. The mixture remains workable for 6 to 8 minutes. After approx. 1 hour (20°C), the bonded parts are transportable. After 2 to 3 hours (20°C), they are load-bearing and workable. Maximum strength is achieved after 7 days.
  5. Heat accelerates, cold slows down the curing.
  6. Clean the equipment with AKEMI® Nitro-thinner.
