Dust Bench GRUTEC with Water Spray

GRUTEC dust bench has a structure of pressed and electrically welded galvanized steel sheet, anti-rust treatment, and polyurethane paint. Double wooden worktop. Adjustable side rail to support work material.

The device operates via a four-stage hydrofilter for dust reduction.

The dust is sucked from the entire perimeter of the bench and from the grooves of the worktop by the force of the centrifugal fan.

The water nebulizers, placed in the machine structure, weigh down the dust which, mixed with water, falls back into the collection tank.

The internal metal partitions ensure, thanks to the water curtain formed, the second reduction of the present dust. Properly installed metal separators block the floating water droplets, which fall into the collection trays.

The polyester filters placed in the air outlet grilles capture the last dust particles before the air returns to the environment. The installed electric pump ensures a continuous water flow.
