What is the delivery time of my order?

The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days in Belgium and G.H. Luxembourg. Outside this region, 2 to 5 working days is standard.

Items with an indication of delivery time in the order stock have a longer delivery time. The indicated delivery time is not binding.

Normally we immediately send what is already available, and any subsequent deliveries in one go afterwards (free of charge).

What are the shipping costs of my order?

Orders via our online shop or other channels are shipped free of charge to Belgium and Luxembourg from € 150 excl. VAT, for orders smaller than € 150 the transport costs are € 12. Transport costs are charged for delivery via transport company or Account Manager, of course collection is free. 
France is free of charge for orders above € 250 excl. VAT, otherwise € 25 excl. VAT is charged. Other regions charge upon request.

The packaging costs are included in transport costs.

For items larger than 200 cm x 80 cm x 60 cm and/or heavier than 25 kg, different transport costs will be charged. For Belgium and G.H. Luxembourg, there are 2 categories in this:

• Transport via Euro pallet: 55 EUR excl. VAT

• Transport outside standard format: 120 EUR excl. VAT

These prices are independent of the volumes and are displayed in the last step of the online checkout (after entering the shipping address).

Can I set a different delivery address?

You can have the delivery address differ from the billing address, and set as many delivery addresses as you want. You can do that via your address bookor during the checkout process if you don't have an account.
